Hello!
How do we stop an item from attempting to synchronize? They are items that are no longer available but we see the message below:
Synchronization of a CORRECTION for [GTIN 5613 and 5811] (US) was completed with warnings
GTIN has a GDSN Registry Status of (IN_PROGRESS) or (Null). GTIN information that is not yet registered with the GS1 Global Registry cannot be sent in the GDSN Network;

Hello, @FoodieToo . This is likely because you have an item with a current Discontinued Date but is still published. What's the GTIN in question?

Hi @CommunityJedi22 there are 2 items but here is one GTIN: 00856235005811

Thanks for that detail. It always helps us. It appears that GTIN has a current Discontinued Date and is still published to your trading partners.
Any updates you make on these items, after discontinued but still published, will cause a loop of errors like what you are seeing. The best practice for Discontinued Dates is because once current it de-registers your item with the Global Registry, you should populate it as a future date and be sure to delete the publication before the Discontinued Date is the current date or after.
To resolve this, unfortunately, takes a few steps.

If the item is published and has the active discontinued date, re-register, delete the pubs, etc. Did that not work for that one?

Interesting. So you are getting errors for that GTIN but just from Shamrock?
