I was contacted by our account manager for Sam's who mentioned that there are missing attributes in IDM. Despite not receiving any error messages when I validate using the playlists, the attribute information isn't transferring from 1WS to IDM, even when it's flagged. Some of these attributes have been activated for over a year, so they should be transferred by now.
In an effort to correct the issue, I've turned on all the playlists and we still are missing attributes in IDM. When I contacted the help desk, they indicated that this was a known issue and advised me to have the account manager manually update the attributes in IDM. Why is it necessary to manually update the information when it is already in 1WS? This process is quite time-consuming. The account manager sends me the necessary information, I create the Fuse template and upload it to 1WS, only for it not to transfer over. Afterward, the account manager then needs to manually input these same attributes into IDM. Additionally, there seems to be an overlap in the way attributes are named, making it difficult to select the correct one. I've tried to locate the correct attribute using the pathways provided, but I'm not sure if I've been successful since some of the attributes aren't transferring over properly.
When will the information flow from 1WS and IDM be corrected? When will the playlist be updated for Sams? Also, is there a 1WS Sam's specialist who can review some of the attributes that seem to be an issue to make certain I am choosing the correct one for my product?
