Publishing an item for different customers with different data

Hello- we have 2 items that were published to McLane and CoreMark. McLane has accepted them and we are currently processing their orders, but CoreMark has reached out saying that we need to change the retail UPC, and orderable and case and warehouse pack should be all the same (inner box UPC), even though we sell the items by master case. They say they will sell these items to a different company by inner box and that's why we need to set it up like that. 

Is there a way to have the same item published different to CoreMark without affecting the information we already submitted to McLane?

It depends how the hierarchy is now set up and how it needs to be set up. If you need to use the same consumer unit (the item sold in the stores to the customers) in two different Case or Case - Pack configurations with different Case GTINs for the 2 retailers, this can be done. However, 2 different Case or Case - Pack configurations for the same Case GTIN cannot be added.
