Publishing Error

I am trying to publish an each and a case to Lowe's but I am getting an error - Ordering Unit Indicator (isOrderableUnit) must be true for at least one GTIN within a hierarchical configuration.  

Lowe's will order by the case.  The each (00819175000001) shows False and the case (00819175000018) shows True – what is the issue?

When I look at those two GTINs in IM< I see errors related to Brand Info which you updated a few days ago.  It appears your connection today worked.  Can you try publishing this hierarchy to Lowes?
