Published item not being seen

Hi all,

This community has been helpful so far. Thanks!

I published 1 of 42 items to a recipient as a test and they can't see the published item for some reason. It says published and I don't see any errors. Any ideas?

Can you please help us with the GTIN/ Item ID of the submitted item to assist further? We noticed some recent publications to Ace Hardware. Are they the intended retailer, please? Thank you!

Hello, @WildBird24,

Thank you for the additional information. The Sync Status report under REPORTS can be used to check the status of the publications.

They are currently pending because Ace Hardware have not subscribed to your GLN to receive your publications to 0082901000006. Please ask them to do so.

We also recommend searching for and adding the Ace Hardware playlist on the Playlists row of each item,  then validating to make sure their attribute requirements are met.
