Is pre-prod message processing working today?  I am testing changes and none seem to be reaching pre-prod.  Last Friday (Nov. 18) it was working fine.

Hi Team,

please can you share the root cause of the issue & what was done to address it ?   was it restricted to only AS2 (M2M) clients?  what exactly was the issue & did it initiate over the weekend?  I need to share back to business the cause of the outage as we nearly missed our testing window to produce evidence of testing for production changes - 1WS is a critical part of our data flow & hence it is included in our PIM testing always.

Hello, team.  I just learned that there was no technical issue in Pre-Prod as the delays were related to a very large backlog that was created by a customer.  Our tech teams worked to increase the allowable processing temporarily to accommodate the large amounts of traffic in PP and it resolved.

this is very good to know - that not a technical issue or result of a change to messaging/IM, but rather just (very unexpected) high volume.

please do keep an eye on this particular client as I would not want to experience this in Production (I am very sure the thresholds are adequate in Production, but just the same - good to avoid high volumes slowing Production IM).
