Kwik Trip Question

Hello, 

I have a question about 2 items i am trying to publish to Kwik Trip.  They say they don't see these, but, i see in 2 places, it looks like they may have. Can you tell me what you see?  I cannot see any errors here.  Although i did see that when i put their playlist in, it asks for contact name, and the type for that, won't let me choose any of those choices. ?? I tried them all.  

Also, it wants non gtin pallet info? If you can validate, you will see what it asks. I'm hoping you can.  I give up!!!  😞

Kwik trip tells me they still don't see the items?  Any idea's about how they can see what we see? 

I showed them your pic, they showed me where it shows 1/26 was the last entry? 

I don't see any errors on the sync status report, or worklist?

We further checked, and the items show up under the Retailer.
