Kroger/Syndigo publications

I have followed the instructions on publishing Kroger items to their API.  1WorldSync migrated our item information from VIP and I have added the required attributes.  I have not been successful in sending the publication to either the Certification Queue (I get a message back that I must publish directly to Kroger/Syndigo) or directly to the Kroger/Syndigo GLN (Kroger can not see the items in Syndigo).  I have spoken with Kroger, with Syndigo Support and 1WorldSync technical support.  I am currently trying to publish Kroger label items.  Any help you can provide is appreciated.

Is the request for GLN 0023709210891, please? We can see publications to Kroger Syndigo with GLN 0011110000002 as being successful from Item Management - the data is received by the recipient. Specifically for the Kroger Syndigo GLN, you can reach out to your Syndigo Onboarding Manager to confirm ADP is set up on the Syndigo side, please - for private label items. If you would like us to check a specific item, please help us with the GTIN and we would be delighted to assist further where needed. Thank you.

Yes, our GLN is 0023709210891.  I will reach out to Syndigo again today.  If you could check on GTIN 10011110845730 , published to Kroger Syndigo on 4.2.2026 - status says review - Syndigo and Kroger say they are not seeing this on their end.  GTIN 10011110872187 was published to the Kroger API Certification queue on 4.6.2026 and was rejected (I assume because it is Kroger label?)  GTIN 10023709004077 was published to the Kroger API Certification queue on 2.9.2026 and was rejected (this is not a Kroger label item).  Thank you.

I have reviewed the mentioned items and provided explanations for their statuses below:

• The item 10011110845730 received a CIC REVIEW, requesting a missing field to be populated. However, it does not specify which field is needed. To resolve this, please contact the Syndigo Onboarding Manager for further details on what needs to be corrected.

• The item 10011110872187 received a FAILURE and was CIC REJECTED from the Kroger API Certification Queue, with the following error: If the item is a Private Label Item for Kroger, it must be published to the Kroger Syndigo GLN, as was done on April 2nd. This item also received a CIC REVIEW, similar to item 10011110845730

• The item 10023709004077 also received a FAILURE and was CIC REJECTED from the Kroger API Certification Queue. The noted errors need to be corrected, and the item must be republished in order to be reviewed again and receive a SYNCHRONIZED CIC.
