Good morning team!
I have been noticing that a lot of our items automatically show the Kroger Playlist (even though I am updating items for other customers) and this is causing error messages due to specific attributes not being filled out.
I am trying to notice if the playlist is there, taking it off and saving before updating any items.
Is there any way to address this?
Thanks in advance!

Thank you for the swift reply, @nancyVigo.
Yes, please, if you do not intend to publish those items to Kroger in the (very) short term, feel free to remove the Kroger playlist.
Playlists re avery useful to point out attribute requirements for retailers, but will also cause Item Management to check for those attribute requirements even if the item is not published to the retailer but the playlist is added, therefore more requirements for you and your colleagues to have to fulfil.
When you will need to send the item data to Kroger, you can add the playlist back on all hierarchy levels, solve any warnings and errors and publish as needed, please.
Thank you.

Hello @nancyVigo, its great chatting with you again.
Removing the Kroger playlist from Item Management is fine when needing to update items for other retailers and when the Kroger requirements cause additional errors/warnings to come up.
Kroger specific attributes will not be sent to other retaielrs and you can check which ones are Kroger specific by using the Item Attribute Sets search in Item Management - if they have the "kro" abbreviation at the beginning, it means they are only sent to Kroger. Here is an example:
Once you need to update the items in the future for Kroger, you can add the playlists back on all hierarchy levels and solve any Warnings and Errors that come up, please.
I hope this helps. We are here in case anything else is needed, please. Thank you.

Hello @nancyVigo , its great chatting with you again. Happy Friday!
For the Ti and Hi information, please leave the GTIN Ti and Hi blank (highlighted below) and populate only the Non GTIN Ti and Hi:
The cost information for Kroger will need to go into Kroger-specific fields please. The Catalog Price field is a general attribute, and Kroger does not use it to map the cost in their systems.
At the publication level of a hierarchy(usually the highest level, but there can be exceptions), please add Potential Published Item Level as True. This will populate new attributes on the page, including the Kroger Initial Corporate Avg List Cost and the Dispatch Unit Initial List Cost. These will be used by Kroger to add the cost information in their systems. The Catalog Price will just be ignored by Kroger.
I hope this helps. We are here and delighted to assist further whenever needed, please. Thank you!

Hello @nancyVigo and thank you for the follow-up and additional details.
You can now ignore any Review messages received from the Kroger Product Introduction/ VIP GLN (GLN 0011110000019 under The Kroger Company) as long as your company's items have been migrated from VIP to IM. Any item publications or updates would now go through the Kroger API GLNs, please.
This is because item information should not be sent through both VIP and API to Kroger at the same time, as the same item may be received with (slightly) different information from 2 different sources. Once you start using the API process and publish an item to the new Kroger GLNs, you can withdraw that publication from GLN 0011110000019 for The Kroger Company, please.
I hope this helps. We are here if needed, please. Thank you! 🙂

Hello @nancyVigo, thanks for continuing the use the community. Happy Friday!
If the items you are working on are not yet needed by or published to Kroger through the API process, you can then remove the Kroger playlist and update the items as intended for all other retailers.
If these items are also currently published to Kroger through the API process, we then recommend keeping the Kroger playlist as well and solving the errors/warnings. Quite a few of the Kroger Poduct Introduction attributes were added in item Management for Kroger visibility only, so most attributes should not affect publications to other retailers.
If you come across errors or warnings you are unsure how to resolve or what is generating them, please let us know. Thanks.

@Val, thank you for the prompt response!
Some of the items showing the Kroger playlist have not been published to Kroger. I guess that is why I was wondering the reason for the playlist to automatically appear.
For those particular items (not published to Kroger previously)...would it be okay to just get rid of the playlist?

@Val, good morning!
I was updating a few items yesterday, which needed to be published asap and noticed that the Kroger playlist was already in place. I assumed that these particular items had been previously published to Kroger in VIP and got migrated to 1WS.
As I was trying to save the updates, I received a number of error messages pertaining to Kroger. Since there were quite a few, I chose to delete the Kroger playlist so that I could publish the items to the other customer.
I am planning to go back to those items, add the Kroger playlist again and deal with those error messages.
I would just like to make sure that this action will not affect other publications. Also, whenever I do have to publish an item to Kroger API and fill out all the required information (including prices), will this be visible to other customers or just to Kroger?
I just need to make sure that other companies do not receive the information that it's only meant to be seen by Kroger.
Thanks!

@Val, good morning!
I am still having issues with Kroger playlist popping up whenever I need to update an item.
Please, see screen shots attached showing a common error I have found dealing with number of units per layer and number of layers with a GTIN, which is incorrect. This most have transferred incorrectly from VIP (the attributes also show correctly above).
Also, I have found the Catalogue Price filled out for a number of items showing Recipients as ALL, instead of just for Kroger. Whenever I tried to find the Kroger GLN to pick, it shows a number of Kroger GLNS, including the old one (shown on screen shot).
Your help resolving this is greatly appreciated!
