Item export

Previously  when I exported my items the columns that were not populated would automatically be hidden.  This is not happening anymore and I can't figure out what has changed.  What am I missing?

Hello @LaurelSFF and thank you for using our customer community.  Welcome.  Can you confirm whether you have playlists added to the item you are exporting?  Active playlists on your item will also open up more attribute columns in your export...

I did have All Attributes but it states "Select at least one playlist for export" when I delete it.  Is there a way to just have it populate the attribute columns which I have entered data into?

Hello @LaurelSFF .  The best practice to get the smallest amount of empty cells is the "All Populated" playlist. Even then, there are certain attributes that will always appear regardless of if they are filled in...

That is what I was thinking as well, however that playlist does not show when I type into the field. What am I missing?

If the goal is to export a spreadsheet with the least amount of empty cells, I would suggestyou export the item with the Basic Item Set Up playlist selected. This playlist has the smallest amount of attributes that are required, meaning they should have the smallest amount of possibly-empty cells
