Is there a way that I can download a playlist?

Is there a way of downloading a specific playlist so we can look at what information is mapped? I'm looking through the UI and I can't see a way of doing it.

Hello and welcome to the customer community.  You really cannot download specific playlists from IM but we do provide you these desired details in the IM Participant Dictionary (IMPD) https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/IM-Participant-Dictionary/IM-8-28-v6-Participant-Dictionary-Vali...

There are two different playlist tabs where you can filter by playlist and see details.  Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Ah gotcha. Thanks for the reply and the link! I'll look through the spreadsheet.

One other quick question: are the playlists specific to our user or are they global playlists for any customer that needs a playlist for a specific industry? Like if we use a specific playlist (e.g. SmartLabel-Food) and there's a piece of information not in that playlist that we'd want to capture, is that something that we could ask to be added to the existing playlist (if the playlists are global I'd suspect this isn't possible)?

If they are global, is it possible to request a custom playlist that's tailored to our needs?

Actually, sorry. if this message board is a one-topic-per-thread board then my second question should be in it's own topic. I'll post a new one.

It is no problem and yes, you can ask more follow up questions on the same discussion.  I just posted this response on the new one you created:

Hello and thank you for your questions.  They are good ones.  At this time, most playlists fall into the categories of Recipient Requirements, Industry Best Practices, Recommended and some specialized ones as well.  Based on your company profile it looks to me like you are a data recipient and if you confirm, I can have someone from our team contact you to discuss the options and requirements to add a playlist in IM.
