IM Hangup

Is anyone else having issues with IM hanging up, or otherwise being delayed? (and yes, I have cleared my cache, as I was told to do that the last time this happened) - Nothing coming up in my worklist, after publishing 172 items to my customer.

We are experiencing slowness and connectivity; I have cleared my cache also.

And you are still having issues?

No, it appears to be back up.  How about on your end?

Hello team.  Thank you so much for reaching out and collaborating in the community.  I love seeing this and wish it was under better circumstances.  While this was occurring, I saw a note where we had an issue with items listing correctly in IM.  I suspect you experienced the "hangup" you described while that was occurring for a few minutes.  I apologize.  Please let me know if you continue to see this issue.

 You are all welcome...Thank YOU for your patience and collaboration.

I have to be honest Jedi, patience is wearing thin, as projects increase and as slow downs seem to happen when there are many users on the platform in the afternoon. Whatever you can do to help alleviate the constant slow downs would be greatly appreciated.
