How long does it take for an attribute change in IM to show up in VIP?

Good afternoon,

I made a change to temperature in IM for a Kroger item, and it seems to be taking a long time to show up in VIP.

Does anyone know how long it normally takes to flow through?

Typically, updates will flow to Kroger VIP shortly after their Master Subscription runs (scheduled to run every 15 minutes), however, we are currently experiencing a backlog from IM to Kroger VIP that will cause delays with publications/updates to Kroger.

I apologize, I was premature on accepting this as a solution.

I added the temp for "Trade item is transported to the distribution center", however, it still is not showing up in VIP.

Can someone please tell me what I'm missing?

@A_Flower, I just checked an item that I updated a couple of days ago and I noticed that it did populate both temperature attributes in VIP.  Maybe it does have to do with the backlog?

Hello, @A_Flower, and welcome back. For the temperature, we need the two specific Temperature Activity Codes Kroger is asking for: "Trade Item is being stored or handled" and "Trade Item is in transport to the distribution center", with their respective temperature information.

Also, the temperature for maximum and minimum should be the same on the 2 attribute sets for Temperature Information, just the qualifier code will be different. 

If help is needed, please provide us with a GTIN for the item in question, so we can further troubleshoot.

Hi @A_Flower, No problem, please adjust the temperature, save the item, and let us know if the update reaches Kroger Product Intro.

You can also check the Reports > Sync Status for the progress of your update/publication and see if the update was successful or if it failed. Thank you.
