Hi,
I published an item and the customer is requesting the I update the Item ID I set up for the pack on the item.
I withdrew the publication and was trying to update the item ID (Pack UPC) to what the customer requested but it greyed out and doesn't allow me to update.

Hello @KeyAdmin thank you for using our community welcome! Once created, a GTIN cannot be updated or changed. On the other hand, If the product was created in the product introduction portal then you would need to create again the correct GTIN. If the item was created in the Item Management portal then an option is to clone "How To" Tutorial Video - Item Clone the wrong GTIN that will transfer the information from one GTIN to the other and request a GTIN delete for that GTIN you no longer need following the attached steps. Hello @KeyAdmin and thank you for continuing the use of our community.
Once you have Deleted/Withdrawn a publication, its hierarchy is not editable until 25 hours pass. This is explained in more detail here: When Do I Have to Wait 25 Hours to Update My Item/Hierarchy? Once the 25 hours have passed, you can set up the hierarchy as intended and then publish the highest level of your hierarchy as New.
