Hierarchy issue / Inner Pack Qty and Qty of Next Level Items

For McLane requirement, I cannot get the inner pack qty and qty of next level items correct. I believe the hierarchy quantities however are correct. Please help. 

Also, how do I get permission to upload images and documents?

How can I attach a document to my posts here? How can I insert an image here in my posts?

Under this dialog box is an arrow and next to it "Drag and Drop here or browse files to attach" It is not active for me.

When you say "HERE", do you mean in the community?  Are you trying to add a file to this thread?  Users can upload in some areas of the community and not others so that is why I am trying to understand where you are trying to attach a file...

ok, thanks.  What type of file are you trying to load?  Are you getting an error message?

I'm sorry but this is the last time I can let you know what the issue is. If does not work. There is no error message because it does not work. 

This is underneath this dialog box but the link is dead for me.

The "Drag and drop here or browse files to attach" still does not work for me

Yes, I can add an image. I can drag a document too but cannot browse files to attach but I'm okay with the drag and drop. Thank you.
