Help with Items In Kroger VIP

  • I'm new! This was initially set up before me. Trying to clean up!
  • Seeing errors in KVIP and thought I was making the necessary updates in Item Management, but they're not showing up.
    • Do I republish as new? Initial Load?
    • I thought if I saved the updates would go through? Is it because I'm trying to update indicators?
  • I'm also struggling with the temperature qualifiers! These have been updated in 1WorldSync but the updates are not populating in Kroger VIP
  • HELP!

Thank you for reaching out to our customer community.  Welcome.

The attributes that do not update in VIP from IM are referred to as Top-Off attributes, every retailer I am aware of has some sort of Top-Off portal where you must enter additional information that is specific to the retailer you're synchronizing the data with.
