I have a GTIN that was published and we received a Review Message that was ReasonCode Other with comment of "Your item submission is older than 120 days. Please update any outdated information and resubmit if the item is still needed". We've reviewed the data and it's correct and dates show this month.
Second question: The Total Count of All Products on the Pallet shows 84 (which I changed as it was incorrectly showing as 105); however when looking at the item management screen that shows the product hierarchy of the three units (Pallet, case and Each) it's still showing 105. Is this going to be/cause an issue. If so, how is that fixed?

No Withdrawal is necessary, please. Product Introduction is another portal where Albertsons-specific data needs to be entered. This is referred to as a top-off because the items are already entered, but still need additional data added. Your account already has access to the Albertsons Product Introduction portal.

As your hierarchy was withdrawn, we are no longer able to see the initial review message from Albertsons. It is possible that the item information may need to be updated, so you can publish again to Albertsons when you are ready.
Regarding the Total Count of All Products, the value entered for this attribute always needs to match the quantity entered in the hierarchy; otherwise, the following error is triggered:
Since your hierarchy is already withdrawn, you can go ahead and unlink your Case level, then re-link it to update the quantity. Here is how to unlink:

In this case we can suggest resubmitting the item from Product Introduction, please, for it to be reviewed by Albertsons again. There have been no updates for the submission in PI since:

Thanks for the assistance - was able to connect with Sales and the Broker and we were able to complete the Product Information.
