If we were to enter a GTIN that was not registered with GS1, would it be rejected in this platform?

Hello and thank you for reaching out via the community.  No, there is no connection between IM and GS1 (technologically) that would look to see if your GTIN is registered.  You do want to make sure that any GTIN you use is done so using your company prefix assigned by GS1 or that you use the attribution that indicates the owner in IM
