GLN not showing up in available recipient listing

How soon after a GLN is registered will it be available to send publications to?

We received a request from Syndigo of a new customer (GLN 0860010253700) and I do not show it in IM as an available recipient .  I checked in the Verified by GS1 portal and it does come up as a legit GLN.

Is there something on my end that I missed?

Hello @lvanhouten I should have checked the ticket before responding.  It looks like the setup was complete so please try again and let us know if you have any questions.

Hello @lvanhouten and welcome back.  It is nice to chat with you again.  Let me check on that for you.  Typically, external data pools like that one contact us letting us know when they have a new recipient that needs to be added to their GUB setup.  Let me see what we can do.
