I submitted a fuse sheet to add / register 4 items (just FS_Item tab was filled out to load) yesterday and it is stuck. Shortly after submitting it, I submitted another fuse sheet to add / register another item and it processed. I resubmitted the initial fuse sheet again this morning and nothing - same as yesterday.
Note - I am not adding / registering these items for Kroger; they will be for another GLN.
BTW, I tried to open a ticket on this but couldn't as I could not fill in the priority - it would not let me make a selection from the drop down as no drop down came up and of course, you can't submit it because the ticket is incomplete.
Attached is the fuse sheet in question.

Is there any way you can just kill the above fuse sheet from processing?

I deleted that fuse sheet from the message center & am assuming that it interrupted the process. I completed a new fuse sheet and was able to add / register the items. I think the issue is from trying to pull / extract data on a fuse sheet and getting more information than required (it appears I get some data that is extra / not needed for just adding & registeriing items.

Hello @kxsRSC and thank you for reaching out today.
Glad to hear the initial issue has in the meantime been sorted. We will be forwarding the Priority dropdown issue to have this rectified as soon as possible. You can in the meantime create new tickets with us by sending an email to technicalsupport@1worldsync.com, please.
Regarding FUSE uploads, we can in general suggest starting with in item added in the user interface and syncing that item with the retailer to ensure the recipient's requirements are met, after which the item can be exported as a template and the same columns filled out in FUSE for the new, similar items. You can also start by adding the basic attributes, along with the retailer's requirements, and then add additional optional data if more details can be provided about your products.
We are here for you if anything else is needed, please. Thank you.
