I saw a message last week that there were delays in item management due to very large exports in the que. Is that still the case? I submitted an export of 33 items early this morning and still hasn't processed.

Hello and welcome back to the community. We always appreciate your perspective and input. Currently, there are quite a few extracts in the queue that are processing in the order they were requested. A few of them are larger so are taking more time to process. Yes, it is likely that if you submitted an extract request today after any larger ones, you would see a delay in getting your update.

It has not been 24 hours since I submitted an extract.

I have been waiting on two exports, one from last Friday and the other from yesterday. Is there no eta to the delay clearing?

Hello, yes, I am looking and see we have a backlog of FUSE extracts. I escalated to our technology teams to ensure there is no issue that is creating the backlog. I will post updates as I have them.
