Entering Kosher Certificate

Good morning,

We've recently acquired a new item, and the kosher certificate is in a pdf format. Can you please tell me how I would go about uploading a pdf file, and what location I would do this in IM?

Thanks in advance!

1WorldSync-Hosted assets can be populated via the IM GUI, API or XML via AS2. To populate DAM via the IM GUI the Organization GLN must be enabled for access and then the user can click on the Digital Asset Management button to add an asset to a previously saved item as shown below. To learn more about the Machine-to-Machine methods (API or AS2) please refer to the DAM Guide posted on the Solution Center for more information.

Tips & Tricks for using Digital Assets

  • ·A file size limit will be imposed and is currently set at 20 MB.
  • The number of assets is currently limited to 20 per item.
  • When an item is cloned to create another item, the Digital Asset information will not be cloned to the new item being created.
  • Supported files types are images, audio / video, PDF, and zip. 1WorldSync will inspect the files to ensure only the valid MIME types are received. Please refer to the IM Participant Dictionary for a list of the valid MIME types.

I have attached a document that lead you through the steps of adding digitals assets.

Apologies, I now how to add digital assets. But when I try to enter my kosher certificate (which is a PDF file) it doesn't show anything other than the PDF symbol. When I try to click on it the certificate doesn't show up. I don't have any way to switch the certificate to a jpg because it has a lock on it.
