My company need to merge all Spring water products to the E2o Catalogues in 1WorldSync. I called the helpdesk and they are not familiar with E2o. Has anyone completed this merger and what are the steps in doing so?

I would ask if you have completed the merger with GS1 US and have a the Company Prefix certificate for E2o? We would need to confirm that this process has been completed before we could merge the companies within 1Worldsync. We would need to then see if they have an existing 1Worldsync subscription. I would recommend discussing this with your account manager to make sure your subscriptions can be merged. We might see things change contractually.
I will try to see if I can review the help ticket you started with the service desk and confirm where E2o is with 1Worldsync.
