I need to set up a Case Pack of 24 pcs, But its a Inner Pack of 6 (1-2-2-1) multiplied by 4
So its a 24 piece master but with 4 inners of 6 inside.
How would I break this down ?
thanks
Cheryl

Hello @Cheryl1 and thank you for the additional information provided.
You can set up a 3 level hierarchy with a Case with Qty of Next Level Items of 4, then an Inner with a Qty of Next Level Items of 6 and an Each with a Qty of Next Level Items of 1 please.
The Qty of Next Level Items attribute from Product Introduction always refers to the next lower level of your hierarchy and how many of those items are contained within the hierarchy level you are adding the information on. If you are at the lowest hierarchy level, it will always be 1.
Please let us know if this helped or if there is anything else we can assist with for this request. Thank you!

Sorry Not understanding.
My prepack is a 1-2-2-1 = 6 pcs
There are 4 prepacks in the carton which =24
Not understanding how next level item is 4?

Hello @Cheryl1 and thank you for the swift reply.
Is the prepack sold as 1 item or as 6 different items, please? Whichever the case, as long as there are 4 prepacks in one Case, the Qty of Next Level Items on the Case should be 4, please, because there are 4 next lower level items in the Case.
If the prepack is just one consumer unit (1 barcode) made up of 6 items but packed and sold together, then a Case - Package hierarchy is sufficient. In this scenario, the Qty of Next Level Items on the prepack should be 1.
However, if the prepack is made up of items that can be purchased separately (so 6 different barcodes, not just 1 barcode), then the Qty of Next Level Items on the prepack should be 6 because one prepack contains 6 items inside.
Please let us know if this helped. Thank you!

so, this is apparel, its Men's T-Shirt. Each 4 items is a separate barcode
1 small
2 Medium these two mediums have same barcode.
2 Large these two large have same barcode
1 xlarge
So essentially this has 6 barcodes 2 are same in size Medium, 2 are the same size large
my concern is that when they scan at the warehouse if i only do 1 prepack of 6, they think
there is only 6 pcs in the back when infact there are 24
