I am additng a new item but I can no longer save the information and cannot see what the errors are to fix them. I am getting error message "Failed to validate an item, Please contact administrator" Please advise.

Welcome back to our customer community!

We apologize for the inconvenience this error has caused. It is usually triggered when basic fields have invalid values. Please make sure the following are provided correctly when saving items in Item Management, but still coming across this error:
first row of the item:
Product Type
Item Name and language

DAM | Ecomm Header attribute set:
Product Description
Brand Name

Indicators attribute set:
Consumer, Base, Ordering, Dispatch, Invoice indicators

Weight and Dimensions attribute set:
Gross Weight
Depth
Height
Width

Hierarchy Information attribute set:
Total Count of All Products


We have also left a note with Charles, your Data Loading and Maintenance (DLM) assigned agent, letting him know that you are in need of assistance with setting up items. Whenever you come across any GTIN setup issues, you can also reach out to Charles directly by replying to your DLM ticket.
