Hello and welcome to the 1WS community.  Thank you for reaching out.  The CIC is the response from your trading partner after you successfully publish or make updates on a published item.  You can see these messages when you look in your worklist, Item History and the Sync Status Report/Recipient Responses.

What would cause to separate items to have the same CIC number?

Hello @NancyAS and welcome to the customer community.  Are you asking about Albertsons CIC numbers?  Can you provide the GTINs in question?

Hi attached are the items with GTIN's showing the same CIC numbers I had to change the one in Yellow as was the same as the one in Green.  Resubmitted but still shows the same CIC numbers.

Do I need to relist, pull back, restart, or something else to clear this and get a new CIC number for the one item in Yello

Hi @NancyAS, welcome back to the Community. You would need to Pull Back and then submit again to Albertsons. When they are processing the review they would be the ones to request the new CIC. I would make sure that before submitting again please let your Albertsons buyer know.

Thank you.   I will let my buyer know they need to request a new CIC number.

So I pulled it back and resubmitted and it went straight to complete. Should I unlist and relist maybe or is this correct?

Hello @NancyAS, I have created a ticket for your request and one of my colleagues will reach out with additional information. Thank you!

Thanks.   The Albertsons buyer just pulled it back on her side and is seeing if they can assign a new CIC to this.   I would still like to see what your colleagues have to say on how to fix this in case it still doesn't work.
