CIC Error Message - Images

We recently received the error, "CHANGE_BY_REFRESH_MESSAGE" Please send a Change by Refresh message from Gordon Food Service. How do we fix this error? We have not changed anything with the images we currently have for the products that are producing this error.

Good morning and thank you for utilizing our online community.  That error message can be resolved by re-sending the item information to your trading partner again.  You will not want to publish, rather, Save each item in your hierarchy in IM and this will send a Ghost Modify message to any trading partner to which this item is published.  

Please let us know if you encounter any other error rmessages.

When I go to item, I cannot save. That button is grayed out. The items that have the error don't have any child items. Is there something I'm missing?

Good morning.  Can you provide me your parent level GTIN so I can take a closer look for you?
