Broke Images

I saw a post on here earlier about broken images, and I too, am having that same issue. It's been going on for a couple of days.

Hello! I hope you are having a great day. Yes, there was a post about that recently. I have searched your GLN and do see that images are loading rather quickly. Could you please attempt to view your items, or an item, to see if the image thumbnails are loading for you in a timely fashion?

I just brought up an item, and that one had an image that is not showing up. Shows the broken image as well. I know I had several GTIN's yesterday that only part of the images would load, and the others showed the same broken image.

Hi! After raising a ticket internally, we've discovered your image was not displaying due to a conversion issue. Our Technology Team has provided that a fix will be going in on the November 7th release in Production, which will resolve this issue.
