I have not been into this platform since the updates occurred. I am having trouble locating where I need to go to add a new item. I watched a video showing to go to the tools within the dashboard; however, I don't even see the dashboard to click on. Screenshot below for reference.

Hello @ManSpecFoods and thanks for continuing the use of the community.
The Dashboard is the first screen you can see in Item Management after loggin in. After you successfully log in, you can see something like the below:
When logging in, if you need to add new items, please make sure to log into Item Management - Production and then you can follow the video steps to add the items as needed.You can either go to Items - Add Item below the search box at the top center of the screen or you can use the Create New Item button to the top right of the screen, just below your company and login details.

When I log in Item Management, the screenshot I provided above is where it takes me. It doesn't bring me to the dashboard like it used to (and where you're showing).

Thank you for the swift reply and confirmation.
I have now updated your account settings as you were already set up as an Admin for your company with full Item Managemenet access and the options show all be available again for you. Please let us know if the issue persists after this as well. Thank you!

I logged out and back in but am being directed to the same page (no dashboard).
