Adding Nutrition Information

Hello,

I cannot add "value" in the Nutrition Facts section. 

Do I need to click the + sign to add the "value"?

Hello @Vanessa1 and thanks for reaching out!

In the screenshot provided, if you click between the two boxes for "Measurement Precision" and "Unit of Measure", there is a box there where a value can be added however it is not visible. I highly recommend using Chrome as the browser of choice when using Item Management and ensure that your window is maximized.

Hi Julie,

I have been using Chrome as my web browser but for some reason when I click the box between "Measurement Precision" and "Unit of Measure" I cannot input anything.

And when I try and save, the Warning Message pups up and states I cannot save. If I logout, will I lose the work I have already done and have to start over?

Hello @Vanessa1, thank you for the extra information, this help!

Would you mind trying to zoom out of the page in Chrome? It would depend on your screen size but for me 100% - 125% works great without the page not showing correct information due to sizing. I've attached a screenshot below on how this can be done, please let me know if this works.

I did test it and when zooming the page it has the behavior experienced above, in the value box I have 12345, however due to sizing, the first 3 numbers are covered by the "Measurement Precision" field in front:

Thank you for your assistance. This was helpful. 

I had another question in the Nutrition section.

What does "If multiple allergen type codes are provided, they SHALL be different."

I cannot save until this is resolved.

Hello @Vanessa1, that would mean you have duplicate values for the same allergen.

Please make sure to have the "All Populated" playlist active on the item and verify the values you have entered. Thank you!
