I'm trying to publish an item to Ahold and have been for quite some time. It turned out I was missing fields they required and because of some confusion, I was only told about one of those fields. I have two questions:
1. I had to find out what fields I was missing from them. There was no CIC response to tell me what I was missing. Is that normal because it seems other customers I can use that.
2. They keep telling me before they can see it, the status needs to be Synchronized Publication. I just looked, and it is not. It is still Sent to Subscriber. Is there something else I should be doing here to change the status?
I've tried to publish to them New multiples times throughout this including yesterday when I made that field update. Can anyone see what I am missing or what I need to do here? I've been doing this for quite a long time and I don't remember problems like this every occurring before.

Hello! I've been working with AHOLD and when I had a publication issue, I submitted a ticket through the below link and they were very responsive and helpful. Just wanted to share in case you were unaware of this support option.

They keep telling me this:
Ahold will not get the publication unless the CIC status does not reflect a synchronized publication.
So because this is not happening, they will not set up this item and will not purchase from us.
To me, it is on their side to review, but it almost seems they are saying they won't until it is a synchronized publication but it can't be a synchronized publication until they review, right?
