2802 Warning Message

I am receiving the below error.

2802 WARNING: On the highest hierarchy level both Number of Layers per non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Hi (nonGTINPalletHi) and Number of Units per Layer in a non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Ti (nonGTINPalletTi) must be populated.

I have checked both the case and each levels.   All information is entered correctly.   I have also checked the link to make sure and everything is good there.

I can confirm the Ti and Hi information is added for Case 10782757100109. Retailers may take some time to review new information or hierarchy updates. The retailer's last Review for this item was sent almost one year ago as follows: 21-Mar-2025. Within the next days there should be an updated response from the retailer for the new submission. Thank you.
