1WS Updates not Transmitting to DSD

I've had two different clients make multiple updates to different items and republish the hierarchies to our GLN. I can see the changes when I look up the items in 1WS, but the changes are not making it to DSD for me to reclone. Please help?

Could you please provide the GLNs that are submitting data to your GLN? We need this information to investigate and confirm that your GLN has the necessary subscriptions to those publishing to you.

Thank you for the information!

After reviewing both GLNs and their submissions, we found that the necessary subscriptions are already in place.

Hisamitsu America Inc has errors in their publication hindering their submission that need to be addressed. Please have the team review their Worklist and correct the identified errors.

The Wellspring GTINs show as received. We recommend republishing GTINs as NEW to resend the submissions to Emerson.

If this does not resolve the issue, please let us know.
