Publication Rejected PFG

Hello, 

I am hoping someone can help me with the following issue I am having.

I have performed a massive update and republication of all our company's products to PFG (Performance Food Group) some of them got correctly synchronized, others received and some have been automatically rejected. The attributes and digital assets included in all publications are the same, the items have been individually validated and the hierarchy as well. I am unsure on how to fix this, and the customer mentioned that we are the only company that is having this synchronization issues.

Hello @ripvan  and thank you for utilising our customer community. 

I have looked at the items you mentioned and Performance Food Group did not say why they were rejected 

I can see that you have already added the playlist for  Performance Food Group  1WorldSync Playlists Video and even republished the item Republishing in Item Management but the rejection was not cleared.

The issue is that Performance Food Group did not mention in the CIC's they sent why the items were rejected. My advice would be to talk with them directly about this, fix the issue causing the rejection and then republish the items.

After checking some of the Rejected publications, we can suggest Republishing as New from the Publications - Manage Publications screen, please. If the issues persist, please help us with a GTIN number you would like us to have a look at and we would be happy to. Thank you!
