Pre-Prod and Product Certificate Updated in February

Hello-

Last year with our Lansa we moved from using AS2 with iSeries to moving to AS2 with Windows Box. Work was done to make this move successful and when this change was done all the certificates were updated so functional. But with the change to Window version the previous person that updated the certificates no longer does it and I wasn’t taught what needs to be done to get them updated.

I will need some instructions/help with the February Pre-Prod and Production certificate updates. Not sure who I need to work with but wanted to get ahead of this so can get help before or day the certificate needs to be updated by.

Please let me know and much help is appreciated.

Hello, @jennifer_shimp and thanks for reaching out.  Yes, we update our certs annually around this time.  You will definitely want to download the certs from the community and share them with your AS2 provider.  Each zip includes the new certs they can choose from to load on their end along with other details like timing.  I shared your question with our DSD team to see if they also have any feedback.

I am aware that you have to download them, i know where to find them, but have no "AS2 provider" to help so not sure what to do. I have a contact with getting on our server but where these certs need to go i have no idea. So need DSD help.
