I tried to find CXAM-31384 and see the status, but for some reason it's not showing up on my "Your Support Tickets".

Hello, @c2b30. Yes, unfortunately, we are troubleshooting an issue that impacts customers seeing tickets in the Community.  We are working to resolve this quickly.  I looked at your ticket in JIRA and can see our teams making updates.  Are you receiving emails from the updates made on that ticket?

Not that I am aware of. What is the email address receiving ticket update from, so I can check my SPAM folder.

Unfortunately, it's still not working. Can you please verify that BYRD-MIGRATION VAL GLN 4260590815644 was applied to the Testing environment and not production as a data recipient for Teleflex VAL GLN 0801902000019.

Here is the GS1 verification that the GLN does exist, just not sure why it's not working with 1WS for our publication tests in VAL.
