Yes, utilizing Distributors that are not currently on the list of Supported Suppliers is very common. Our Custom Suppliers article should be able to help you get started with creating the new Distributor within your ChannelOnline account.
Once you have the Custom Supplier created, you can begin adding their available items, goods, and/or services to your catalogs. This can be done through the Supplier Product Import, found within the Import/Export Wizard section of your Admin Menu. Our guide on the Supplier Product Import (Custom) is a great reference on how to perform this import & you are always welcome to open a Support Ticket for any questions or issues you might have as well!
