Withdrawn Publication Resubmitted

Hello team!

I've got a customer who was told to submit a different hierarchy for Albertsons. They withdrew the publication in Item Management on Friday and published as Initial Load today.

A) Should they have published as New?

B) I see the withdrawn product in All Products, but the new publication isn't yet showing in PI on the Entered Items list.

Can you please advise the steps needed to have the product ready for listing so they can top off the attributes in PI?

Hello, 

When a publication is "Deleted" fully once the status changes to "Withdrawn" it is best practice to "Publish" again as "New". Once the item is Published again as "New" please allow Product Introduction 24 hours to refresh and this should please the item in "Ready to List" again allowing the item to be Topped off.

Ah. Since the item was just published as initial load, should we wait until tomorrow or should they republish it as new now? Will republishing as new at this time cause any issues?

Ah! It popped up under the "Ready to List" so we're even better off than before. The initial load publication took care of it entirely!
