Unable to get items to move forward from Supplier to Merchandising processing

Good afternoon, new to this format and I'm trying to learn as much as I can from this community however I have yet to find the answer to my specific issue. I've entered the items into the create item section. Linked the items as CA and EA and as far as I understand have all data entered correctly. I cannot seem to be able to figure out how to get the items to move from Supplier Processing. If I attempt to submit the items it will come back with errors. 

 

PI4002Action or Update not allowed due to your permissions or the current status of the product.

 

I've filled out all hierarchy data aside from the CIC since I have yet to receive that information, so from the hierarchy data page if I click "Submit" it will return:

  • SW0151 When Do you want Albertsons to copy the cost from the DSD Distribute Like Corporate Item Code (CIC)? Is Yes, then DSD Distribution - Cost must be Null for each DSD Division and Selected Corporate Item Code must populated. Item (10860437000236).
  • SW5179D The Selected DSD Distribution Corporate Item Code (CIC) is null, a DSD Authorization attachment is required prior to Submitting.
  • PI4000 Submit has not completed successfully.

I understand the DSD authorization form needs to be attached according to a customer service rep from 1worldync. I however, cannot seem to locate where I can attach said file. I apologize in advance if I'm missing something here and I appreciate any help offered.

Unfortunately we can not provide other customer's items as examples but I can recommend the Albertsons Training Modules which covers useful details and additional information on how to create, link and submit an item: https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/Training-Modules/tkb-p/TrainingModules

The mentioned errors regarding DSD are covered in the following module: Training Module 9: DSD Distribution Controller 9.7.

Thank you very much! I'll do that now. Since you're able to see the entered items would you be able to give me feedback on the data entered? The way the system is set up it's hard to identify what exact information it is requesting. Some examples would be "Functional Name" and "Product Description" I know this is probably evident to someone who's quite familiar with this system. Typically with a product description I would use our selling description such as a flavor profile and tasting notes but I doesn't seem like that would be appropriate considering the character limit in the text box. Again I want to thank you for your help and any additional direction would also be greatly appreciated!

 

Hello @Hamfambrew I would recommend hovering your mouse over the attribute and it will provide you with additional information about it.

There is also the Albertsons Attribute List & Requirements guide that helps with knowing what values can be added and minimum-maximum length for attributes.

Product Description:

Column M shows what the Hover Help text is: An understandable and usable description of the product using brand name and other descriptors. This attribute should be populated with as little abbreviation as possible while keeping to a reasonable length.

Column S would provide you with additional details about the attribute type PI Attribute Type / Size (AN=alphanumeric, I=Integer, F=Float, VV=Valid Value); it this case it is AN/1-100 which signifies that the attribute Product Description is an alphanumeric attribute that accepts between 1 and 100 characters.

Thank you for the fast reply! Is it possible to see an example of another Item entered? I think that would help clarify any confusion that I'm experiencing.

After attaching the DSD file it's still failing to submit. Same error as before.

I was able to get the items submitted and have moved onto in process merchandising. Thank you very much for the help!
