Cloning a GTIN

Good afternoon,

I cloned a case level GTIN this morning and saved it.  I did receive an error message about a digital asset but this GTIN does not have any images so I closed out.  When I opened my newly cloned GTIN back up, none of my information was there.  Is there a way to start over without having to manually input all the information for this GTIN?  Thanks as always!

Please keep in mind that in certain cases it can take longer than 24 - 48 hours for this to be processed as it might involve other parties such as the Global Registry. If you are dealing with a time-sensitive item set-up I would recommend adding the item's information manually.
