CIC 999 2802 WARNING On the highest hierarchy level both Number of Layers per non-GTIN Pallet/Non GT

foodingredients

I have setup the Pallet/CS/EA hierarchy where the pallet has a GTIN. In the hierarchy of all 3 I have listed the TI/Hi for the GTIN option, but I keep getting the message that I need the Number of layer per non-GTIN pallet (which this is not) and when I populate that information I get an error that I shouldn't have populated that information. I'm at a loss... what am I missing?

Hello,

I can finally see what you are seeing. I was sorting my errors differently. Either way US Foods is fixed but I am still seeing the errors for Albertsons. I think I'll try unpublishing and republishing as I'm running out of ideas.

Thanks

Hello,

I wanted to follow up and you are seeing the same error on the Albertsons submission?

Yes I am, I tried resending, I tried removing the publication and waiting a few days and then republishing to Albertsons and I still keep getting the same errors with the same dates.

Any thoughts?

Hello @foodingredients

Welcome back to the 1WS Community!
Looking at GTIN 50027000612649 hierarchy - you have TI/HI in both the PALLET & CASE.
The PALLET is the highest part of the hierarchy - TI/HI should only be listed on the PALLET.
Please remove the TI/HI from the CASE level (GTIN 20027000612648) - and SAVE.
Warning will clear and sync successfully.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

As always - thank you for using the 1WS Community! ðŸ˜Š

Hello @RenaeB

I have tried removing the TI/HI from CASE level (GTIN 20027000612648) - and I did save. I waited a few days and the error is still there for 0321130000013---Albertsons Companies. Any other suggestions?

Thanks

Hello @foodingredients

Can you share a screenshot of the error message you are still seeing?

Renae B

@foodingredients

I would go ahead and attempt to submit in the Albertsons portal. The CIC you are getting will not impact whether or not the item can be topped off and submitted. Once you complete and submit in their portal the CIC will not really impact the submission.

move forward with the top off and submit.

@jcharles

 - I'm not sure I'm following what you mean by topped off? The item is completed and I've published to Albertsons through 1WSync - is there something else I should be doing?

Thanks

Yes, you will need to go into Albertson portal and complete the submission. The portal is where your publications end up. You will need to add the remaining attributes and distribution information for Albertsons.

Thanks, I've let our sales team know. I'll see if this helps us out.
