The Brand Reviews Report provides information in a tabular format for all Brand Engage reviews collected in the date period specified, providing individual response level insights such as Product Name, Review Bottomline, and Review Comments.
The Brand Reviews Report is customizable in several different ways:
- There are a large number of filters available. You can see the first four filters along the top of the page. Click the plus sign button to expose additional filters. At any point, you can select new filters and click Apply to update the table based on the specified criteria.
- Click Edit Columns on the right side, just below Apply, to select and order what columns are shown.
- To sort the table data based on a column, click any of the column headers in the table.

Filter by the publication status set by the retailer. |

Filter by the product ID associated with responses. To search for multiple product IDs, enter a comma-delimited delimited. |
| Product Name |
Filter by the name of the product associated with the response using a keyword search. |
| Review Bottomline |
Filter by the answer to the question of 'Would you recommend this to a friend?', TRUE or FALSE. |
| Review Comments |
Filter by keyword in the response text. To search for multiple keywords, enter a comma-delimited list. |
| Review Rating |
Filter by star rating given to reviews. |
| Reviewer Type |
Filter by the type of reviewer: anonymous, verified reviewer, and/or verified buyer. |
| UGC ID |
Filter by the ID given to UGC. To search for multiple keywords, enter a comma-delimited list. |
| Response Status |
Filter by the publication status given to the responses. |

The brand name of the product for the submitted response. |
| Locale |
The language and country associated with the Review. |
| Product Name |
The name of the product for the submitted response. |
| Review Bottomline |
The answer to the question, 'Would you recommend this to a friend?' |
| Review Location |
The location entered by the reviewer. |
| Review Nickname |
The nickname submitted by the reviewer. |
| Review Observations |
The explanation for the status set by PowerReviews Moderators in L1 Moderation. |
| Reviewer Type |
The type of reviewer who submitted the review. |
| Site Status |
The moderation status sis et by your team for L2 Moderation. |
| UPC |
The UPC associated with the reviewed product from the product feed. |
