The Brand Questions Report provides information in a tabular format for all Brand Engage questions collected in the date period specified, providing individual question-level insights such as Retailer, Product Name, and Question Text.
The Brand Questions Report is customizable in several different ways:
- There are a large number of filters available. You can see the first four filters along the top of the page. Click the plus sign button to expose additional filters. At any point, you can select new filters and click Apply to update the table based on the specified criteria.
- Click Edit Columns on the right side, just below Apply, to select and order what columns are shown.
- To sort the table data based on a column, click any of the column headers in the table.

The moderation status is set by your team for L2 Moderation. |
| Observed By |
The moderator is associated with the setting L2 Moderation status. |
| Category |
The category of the product associated with the question. |
| Observations Names |
The Explanation for the status set by PowerReviews Moderators in L1 Moderation. |
| Question Category Type |
The type of question (e.g., Product Quality, Customer Service, etc.). |
| Category Hierarchy |
The full hierarchy of the product for which this question was submitted. |
| Last Publication Modified Date |
The most recent date for which the publication of this question was modified. |
