The Brand Answers Report provides information in a tabular format for all Brand Engage answers collected in the date period specified, providing individual answer-level insights such as Product Name, Question Text, and Answer Text.

The Brand Answers Report is customizable in several different ways:

  • There are a large number of filters available. You can see the first four filters along the top of the page. Clicking the plus sign button will expose additional filters. At any point, you can select new filters and click Apply to update the table based on the specified criteria.
  • Click Edit Columns on the right side, just below Apply, to select and order what columns are shown.
  • To sort the table data based on a column, click any of the column headers in the table.


Filters

The following table shows the columns available to filter by in this report.

Filter Name Description
Category Filter by category of the products with questions.
Brand The brand for which this question was collected.
Page ID Filter by pageID associated with answers. To search for multiple page IDs, enter a comma-delimited list.
Answer Email Filter by email associated with the answer.
Answer ID Filter by the ID given to answer.
Answer Keyword Filter by keyword in the answer text. To search for multiple keywords, enter a comma-delimited list.
Is PWR Publishable Filter by the publication status set by the retailer.
Observations The explanation for the status set by PowerReviews Moderators in L1 Moderation.
Product Name Filter by the name of the product associated with the answer using a keyword search.
Retailer Filter by the retailer for which this question was collected.
Site Status Filter by the publication status set by the PowerReviews moderation team.
Question Keyword Filter by keyword in the question text. To search for multiple keywords, enter a comma-delimited list.
Question ID Filter by the ID given to the question.

 

Column Headers

The following table shows the columns available in this report. Click Edit Columns to select and order columns you want in the report using the drag and drop functionality.

Column Header Description
Retailer The retailer for which this question was collected.
Created Date The date an answer was submitted.
Product Name The name of the product for the submitted answer.
Brand Name The brand name of the product for the submitted answer.
Page ID The unique ID for the product is passed in the product feed.
Question ID The unique ID of the submitted question.
Question Text The text of the question.
Question Type The type of question (e.g., pre-sale or post-sale).
Answer ID The unique ID of the submitted answer.
Answer Text The text of the answer.
Answerer The email of the answerer.
Answerer Location The location provided by the answerer.
Is PWR Publishable The moderation status is set by the PowerReviews Moderation Team.
Site Status The moderation status is set by your team for L2 Moderation.
Observed By The moderator is associated with the setting L2 Moderation status.
Helpful Votes The number of helpful votes on the answer.
Not Helpful Votes The number of non-helpful votes on the answer.
Category The category of the product associated with the answer.
Time to Answer (Hours) The number of hours between when the answer was approved and the question was submitted.
Observations Names The explanation for the status set by PowerReviews Moderators in L1 Moderation.
Category Hierarchy The full hierarchy for the product for which this question was submitted.
Last Publication Modification Date Date of the last modification of the answer.
