View eCatalogs and product details.
An eCatalog is a read-only view of products that includes attributes, digital assets, and content for selected products. It allows you to share products with recipients who do not have access to Syndigo.
- In the lefthand navigation panel, hover over the ... icon and click eCat.
- Click the checkbox of the eCatalog you wish to view.
- Click the View button in the Actions Bar to view the eCatalog.
View all the included products on the Product Catalog page. Search and filter by brand or category. To view a single product’s details, including all associated images and product attributes:
- In the lefthand navigation panel, hover over the ... icon and click eCat.
- Click the checkbox of the eCatalog you wish to view.
- Click the View button in the Actions Bar.
- Click the product you wish to view. You can use the filter options to filter the products by brand or unique ID value.
- The full product details appear. From here, you can:
- Click Add to Cart or Remove from Cart to manage cart contents.
- Click Download and enter an email address to export product details. These details can be exported in the following formats:
- Product Assets
- Product Spreadsheet
- PDF Catalog
