Share an eCatalog externally. Download product assets, a product spreadsheet, or a PDF of the eCatalog.
An eCatalog is a read-only view of products that includes attributes, digital assets, and content for selected products. It allows you to share products with recipients who do not have access to Syndigo.
Different parts of an existing eCatalog can be exported for different purposes: product assets, a product spreadsheet, or a PDF of the eCatalog.
- From the lefthand navigation panel, click eCatalog.
- Click the checkbox of the eCatalog you wish to view.
- Click the View button above.
- Click the product you wish to export. You can use the filter options to filter the products by brand or unique ID value.
- To export details from a single product, click the product to open the product details page and move on to step 5 below.
- To export details from multiple products:
- Click the Add to Cart button for each product you'd like to include.
- Click the cart icon to view your cart.
- Click Download.
- In the dropdown menu choose an option:
- Product Assets Export all images in a ZIP folder.
- Product Spreadsheet Export an XSLX file of all product attributes.
- PDF Catalog Export a PDF with each product on a separate page.
- Enter the email address you’d like the export to be sent to.
- Check your email inbox to download the export.
eCatalogs allow you to share a selection of products with recipients who do not have access to Syndigo.
- From the lefthand navigation panel, click eCatalog.
- Click the checkbox of the eCatalog you wish to share.
- Click the Copy Link button above.
- Paste this link where you can share it with your intended recipients.
