Kroger Temperature Qualifier Code - KR16334

VIP Error Message: KR16334 When Kroger Item Submission Reason Code and Temperature Controlled are populated, both Temperature Qualifier Code "Trade Item is in transport to the distribution center" AND "Trade Item is being stored or handled" must be specified along with their corresponding Minimum and Maximum Temperatures.

Per the error, you can see the Kroger Item Submission Reason Code at the bottom left corner of the Kroger Hierarchy Data screen for your GTIN hierarchy:

You can access the Temperature Controlled attribute at the GTIN level in VIP:

Then: 

If both of these attributes are populated for items you are submitting to Kroger in VIP, Kroger requires you also populate the Temperature Qualifier Code in the Logistics Information section in VIP for your Consumer Unit GTIN.  Populate these as "Trade Item is in transport to the distribution center" AND "Trade Item is being stored or handled" along with their corresponding Minimum and Maximum Temperatures.

Hi, I'm receiving an error that

  However, I do not have the option to add a second temperature - please advise

Hello @AMingea, it’s good chatting with you again. The temperature you have present on the item has been added in Item Management and that is where it would need to be modified/updated.

I have attached below an article covering how to add the information in Item Management, this information is not only specific to McLane, it is just the trading partner for which the article has been created  McLane - Required Temperature Attributes in Item Management.

Please keep in mind that after saving the Item in Item Management the information will be updated in Product Introduction in a maximum of 24h if there are no other errors stopping the item update.

Hi @Julie - I have done this, however, VIP is asking for TWO different qualifier codes.  Earlier today, I was able to "copy" the first one and add an additional qualifier code to this section, but right now, the option isn't there to add a secondary one. Please advise.

Please make sure to open your GTIN in Item Management and add a new section for the Temperature Information section by going to the far right of the screen and clicking on "Add". Thank you.
