Understand how to access and manage Recipient Profiles and the publication process.
The Connections tab holds all information pertaining to Recipients. Access a Recipient Profile to manage any products, subscriptions, or publication associated with the Recipient.
Recipient List
When you click the Connections tab on the left, you will be taken to the Recipient List. It contains every Recipient you have added or created. From here, you can search for a particular Recipient or add a new Recipient.
Click a Recipient to access their Recipient Profile.
Recipient Overview Tab
Similar to the Supplier Syndication Dashboard, the Recipient Overview provides a glance at the activity with a Recipient. The overall Readiness Score for the suite of products linked to the Recipient is displayed at the top.
The Publication Status tracker displays the publication status for all products linked to the Recipient. Click any box within the table to view all products with that status. Learn about the meaning of each status on the Dashboard Tour.
NOTE: Publication status is tracked for a limited number of Integrated Recipients.
The Pending Supplier Action section at the bottom of the page displays the products that need attention or actions in order to be published to the selected recipient. The Readiness Score indicates the amount of work required before the product is ready for publication. Click a single product to edit the Product Details page or click Bulk Edit Products to access a Bulk Edit grid view of all incomplete products.
All Products Tab
Every product linked to the Recipient is displayed here, regardless of its status or completeness. Filter or search for products to find particular products.
In the Actions Bar, edit a single product or Bulk Edit multiple products. Bulk Edit capabilities streamline the process of editing multiple products at once.
Publish products directly from the All Products tab. A product can only be published when the Readiness Score in the right-hand column is at 100%.
Subscriptions Tab
Any product that is at 100% Readiness and ready for publication with the Recipient can be viewed in the Published Awaiting Subscription tab.
When a subscription request is approved, it will appear in the Active tab. When a subscription is approved, it can be published to the Recipient at the same time.
Requests Tab
Before a subscription request is approved, it will be in the Requests tab.
The Subscription Requests sub-tab displays products already existing in the platform that the Recipient would like to subscribe to.
The Product Requests tab displays requests for products that the platform does not yet recognize in your account but the Recipient would like to subscribe to.
Requirement Sets Tab
Any Requirement Set associated with the Recipient will appear in the Requirement Sets tab. Integrated, GDSN, and Enhanced Content Recipients will have un-editable Requirement Sets available.
Direct and Manually Configured Recipients require you to create the Requirement Sets. You can create a new set here and edit and manage it within this tab.
