The Executive Syndication Dashboard displays your Core and GDSN product catalog performance at a high level using specified filters. All data is pulled automatically from your product index every 24 hours, providing views of your products’ status with comparison to selected periods. Interact with the dashboard to focus on specified data points. Refer to the sections below to understand navigation and functionality.
Navigate to the Executive Syndication Dashboard
- Hover over the Report Center tab on the left navigation panel.
- Find Executive Syndication Reports.
- Click Executive Syndication.
Dashboard Filters
Use the Report Filters on the left of the dashboard to adjust totals, percentages and charts.
- Date Range Selector: Set the start and end dates for the data. Choose a preset range (Previous Month, Quarter, Year) or a custom range. Data is available from January 2024 onward.
- Compares To: Select the period to compare against your chosen date range (Previous Month, Quarter, Year).
- Suppliers: Filter by one or more suppliers; defaults to All.
- Manufacturer Brand: Filter by one or more brands. Brand data appears only in the Current Product Catalog section.
After you have made your filter selections, click Generate at the bottom to load your dashboard.
Click Add to Saved Filters at the bottom to save your filter choices for future use. Saved filters can be accessed at the top left of the Report Filters section by clicking Select Saved Filter.
Recipient Adoption Over Time
The Recipient Adoption Over Time section shows supplier and product adoption trends, comparing current and previous periods. It includes metrics such as total suppliers, product breakdowns, and adoption over time, along with percentage changes. Users can filter by date range and recipient, then drill down or reset for deeper analysis. All data updates dynamically based on the selected filters, ensuring accurate, real-time reporting.
- Supplier Breakdown Metrics
- Total Suppliers: Number of suppliers publishing content within the selected date range.
- New Suppliers: Suppliers publishing a product for the first time during the selected period.
- Existing Suppliers: Suppliers who published prior to the selected period.
- Product Breakdown Metrics
- Total Products Sent: Total number of products syndicated during the selected period.
- New Products: Number of products syndicated for the first time during the selected period.
- Source Breakdown: Indicates whether products were sourced via Syndigo Verified or Brand Created.
- Suppliers Over Time
- Interactive graph; hover to view and use arrow icons to drill up or down.
- Products Over Time
- Interactive graph; hover to view and use arrow icons to drill up or down.
- Supplier – New vs. Existing
- Count of new and existing suppliers for the selected period.
- Manufacturer Brand
- Count of new and existing brands for the selected period.
Catalog Completeness
This section summarizes your catalog completeness based on your inbound catalog feed. Syndigo matches items using unique identifiers to show how many products in your overall catalog appear in your Product Index.
