Customize your product table using the steps below. This customization allows each user to highlight the product information most relevant to their specific role. Toggle between existing views or create a "Customized View." Users can personalize their view by adding, modifying, and deleting columns, with a limit of 20 columns per Product Table.

 

Manage Columns:

  1. Navigate to the Product Index page via the Products tab on the left. 
  2. Click Manage Columns
  3. Choose a predefined set of columns to begin with by selecting from the View dropdown menu, or select Customized View to build your own. 
  4. Columns will appear in the grid in the order they are listed. Use the dropdown menus to select the desired information type for each column.
    • Add: Click Add New Column.
    • Move: Click, hold, and drag the six-dot icon on each label to reorder columns.
    • Delete: Click the X icon to remove a column. 
  5. Click Apply to save your changes.    

Once applied, your customized view will become the default whenever you visit the Product Index page.

 

Rearranging Columns within the Product Table:

Rearrange columns by simply dragging and dropping to your desired position. Use the ellipses menu on each column to:

  • Pin Columns to the left or right
  • Remove a Column
  • Reset to the Default View
  • Open the Manage Columns menu
